The dashboard provides a real-time view of the organisation's entire data estate. It shows how much data has been classified and protected, where active violations exist, and the number of AI agents currently accessing data.

Sensitive data is broken down by criticality level, with a 30-day trend tracking discovery against protection progress.
Risk analysis identifies blocked access attempts, whether human users, systems, or AI agents, surfacing patterns by individual, geography, and time of day. A live activity feed captures every security event as it happens.

DISCOVERY & CATALOGUE

Discovery automatically aggregates assets from all your connected sources, instantly cataloging each asset with its sensitivity level, classification tag, and protection status whether Protected, Partial, or Unprotected.

Assets can be filtered by source, sensitivity level, and protection status, and each asset is catalogued with its data type across any connected source including databases, cloud storage, CRM platforms, and data warehouses.

The platform uses AI, including NLP, to understand the meaning and context of sensitive data, delivering more accurate and consistent classification than traditional rule-based approaches. This pinpoints the datasets that carry the greatest business risk across your heterogeneous data stores, rather than treating all data with the same level of priority.

POLICY MANAGEMENT

This is the command centre where policy decisions are defined and enforced. It allows decisions around which data entities must be encrypted, the encryption regimes applied, access control governance, and how data may be used by humans, systems, and AI agents.

It provides a unified interface to connect and manage integrations across Detection, AI Firewall, Identity, KMS, and Datastore systems, with real-time visibility into connection status, warnings, and errors.

FRAGMENT ENCRYPTION

​Entity recognition identifies sensitive data elements. Each detected element is encrypted individually as a cryptographic fragment, with its own unique ID, its own key, and its own access rules. The surrounding data structure stays intact, the lengths stay identical — only the values are protected. Access is enforced at the fragment level.

Klarytee natively supports true "need-to-know" access. Human users, systems, and AI agents can collaborate within the exact same document, dataset, or workflow, yet each individual entity only sees the specific sensitive data elements they are authorized to access.
